• Bourbon Black Pepper BBQ Sauce: This sauce gets its rich, smoky complexity from mellow Kentucky bourbon aged in charred oak barrels. Black pepper and spices lend a touch of heat, while ketchup and brown sugar add subtle sweetness. (18 oz.)
• Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce: Enjoy a classic Southern blend of smoke and spice, featuring Vidalia and caramelized onions and fragrant applewood smoke. Apple juice and molasses balance the spicy kick of black pepper and red chiles. (18.5 oz.)
• Smokehouse Rub: Inspired by rustic smokehouse traditions, we blend premium Pacific sea salt that's been slow-smoked over Pacific Northwest applewood with thyme and sage, then add a dash of sugar for the perfect savory-sweet balance. (3 oz.)
• Sweet Heat BBQ Rub: Featuring an irresistibly sweet and complex heat, our rub combines garlic, onion and dark brown cane sugar with black, red and cayenne peppers. Fragrant applewood smoke and hops lend a smokehouse-style finish. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Store sauces unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
• Store Smokehouse Rub unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months.
• Store Sweet Heat Rub unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
