    Preparation Instructions

    • 2 Tbs. olive oil
    • 3 lb. (1.5 kg) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces
    • 1 jar orange chicken starter sauce

    In Instant Pot set to Saute, warm olive oil. In batches, sear chicken, turning once, until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per batch. Return all chicken to pot and stir in starter. Lock lid in place, seal and set to cook at high pressure for 9 minutes. When pressure cooking is complete, let pressure release naturally for 3 minutes, then quick release remaining steam. Carefully remove lid and serve.
