The stamped blades are made from exceptionally hard Cromova 18 high-carbon stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to resist corrosion. This collection includes four essential knives and a magnetic bamboo easel for sleek countertop storage.

Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal and glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone or frozen food, as the blade can be easily damaged.
- Easel contains magnets specifically configured to steel composition of Global knives. Not intended for use with any other knife brand. Do not add knives that would overcrowd easel.
- Knives are best removed from easel by grasping handle and pulling vertically until magnet releases. Alternatively, remove knives by grasping handle and turning quickly.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent.
- Rinse and dry immediately.
- Use honing steel in between sharpening to maintain cutting edges.
- Sharpen straight-edged knives using whetstone or knife sharpener, or have them sharpened by a professional.
- Sharpen serrated knives using sharpener specifically designed for serrated blades or have them sharpened by a professional.
- Store knives in safe place to protect edges and prevent injury.
