An innovative way to store knives, our ash wood holder and Kapoosh® insert keep your favorite blades protected and easily accessible. The wooden container adds warm style to the kitchen while the patented flex rods of the insert conform to the shape of the individual knives, preventing dulling and chipping.

Care

• Clean with warm water and mild soap.
• Wipe dry with clean, lint-free cloth.
• Do not soak in water or other liquid.
• Periodically rub with food-safe mineral oil to maintain luster of wood.

Kapoosh® Insert

Use

• Insert is designed for use with knives with up to 8" blades.
• Do not overload with too many knives.

Care

• Remove from holder before cleaning. Invert holder so tips of insert are on counter. Slide insert out of holder.
• Top-rack dishwasher safe. Alternatively, place tips of insert in shallow, warm water with mild soap. Let soak for several minutes. Rinse with warm water.
• Invert insert to dry in dish rack or on towel. Allow to air-dry overnight.
• Slide insert back into holder.
• Keep away from direct heat.
