We're proud to bring you these legendary bagels, crafted using the company's original recipe and techniques, in a collection of four favorite flavors – Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Everything and Sesame. Made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, each one is proofed, kettle boiled and bathed in cold water, then baked on burlap-covered wood boards in a vintage revolving tray oven. The results are extraordinary bagels that have been featured everywhere from the Food Network to TV shows like "Seinfeld" and "Sex & the City."

Receiving Instructions

• The bagels are shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store them at room temperature for up to 1 day or place in freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• If bagels are frozen, thaw on counter for 10–15 minutes prior to toasting.

• Plain Bagels: Flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, cornmeal, enzymes.
• Cinnamon Raisin Bagels: Flour, water, raisins, sugar, yeast, salt, cinnamon, cornmeal, caramel color, enzymes.
