Handcrafted using a classic recipe and the best ingredients, our deep-fried bomboloni combine a rich, golden dough with a sweet raspberry filling. They're made for us in upstate New York by culinary artisans at an Italian-American family-owned bakery founded in 1920.

Receiving Instructions

• Bomboloni ship frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store bomboloni at room temperature for up to 2 days, in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy the same day.

Preparation Instructions

• Serve at room temperature.

• Enriched bromated bleached flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, potassium bromate, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dextrose, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and/or cottonseed), fryer shortening [interesterified soybean oil], citric acid), whey, salt, mono- and diglycerides with TBHQ and citric acid, defatted flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, datem, artificial color (FD&C Yellow #5 & #6), dough conditioner (ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide enzyme).
