    FLAVOR PROFILE

    • Light, fluffy, vanilla, gluten-free

    WHY WE LOVE IT

    • Our gluten-free mix re-creates a classic English recipe for melt-in-your-mouth pancakes. It combines Chef Thomas Keller's signature Cup4Cup gluten-free flour with pure vanilla for the lightest, fluffiest flapjacks ever. Prep is simple – just add a few fresh ingredients and follow the step-by-step recipe. For extra flavor and texture, add berries or nuts to the batter. Top the homemade pancakes with butter and maple syrup or crown them with seasonal fruit and powdered sugar.
    • A Williams Sonoma exclusive.
