RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, enjoy within 3 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients
- 1 cup Snooze Eatery Plain Jane Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Whisk together milk, egg and oil in medium bowl. Add 1 cup of mix and blend. Do not overmix – a few lumps are fine. If batter is too thick, add additional 1 tsp. of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Preheat skillet to medium high. Grease lightly with unsalted butter. When water droplets dance on skillet, it is ready.
- Ladle approx. 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. When bubbles appear on top of pancakes, flip them and cook until other side is done.
- Top with vanilla cream sauce (recipe included), if desired.
- Makes approx. 5 pancakes.
