    Use

    • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
    • Do not use cooktop controls at 100% heating power as this will damage pan. Start with low heat and work up to 60% max.
    • Do not use high heat for extended period of time.
    • Do not leave empty pan on heated burner for extended period of time.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 480°F.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Dry immediately with soft cloth.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Do not use bleach on stainless-steel interior.
    • Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This is natural and will not affect cooking performance. To keep exterior looking new, use copper polish or mixture of lemon and salt.
