    Serve a turkey that's so moist and tender, there may not be any leftovers. Designed to make the brining process easy, this set includes our time-saving blend and three durable bags. The signature mix combines apples and juniper berries with lemon peel, garlic, shallots and spices. The heavy-duty bags are made of puncture-resistant plastic with double-zipper seals that prevent leaks.

    Autumn Fruit & Spice Turkey Brine

    Preparation Instructions

    • In large pot over high heat, combine jar of brining blend with 1 gallon of water. Heat, stirring frequently, until blend dissolves. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until well-chilled.
    • In 5-gallon container, combine cold brining mixture with 1 1/2 gallons of cold water. Add thawed turkey with giblets removed.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 12–36 hours, turning turkey halfway through brining time.
    • Just before roasting, remove turkey from brine, rinse well with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
    • Cook according to your recipe.

    • Salt, spices, apples, juniper berries, contains 2% or less of: garlic, shallots, lemon peel.
    • This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, coconut, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts), wheat/gluten, mustard.
