The name comes from a classic Italian dish whose enticing aroma was said to be a siren-song for the pasta lovers who frequented certain late-night establishments in the city of Naples. For an equally irresistible interplay of flavors, our umami-packed version combines vine-ripened tomatoes and extra-virgin olive oil with Leccino olives, capers and anchovies, spiced with a dash of red chile peppers. For a memorable home-cooked dinner in minutes, simply heat the sauce and toss with your favorite pasta – from spaghetti to linguini or bucatini.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Sauce ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Store unopened at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 36 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook 12 oz. to 1 lb. (375g to 500g) dried pasta and toss with 1 jar of warmed sauce.
- If desired, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serves about 6.
