    Barely Buzzed Cheese: Aged for 7 months, this award-winning, buttery, semi-firm cow's milk cheese is hand rubbed with ground espresso and lavender to add exotic nutty flavor.

    Red Butte Hatch Cheese: Semi-firm cow's milk cheese is flavored with roasted Hatch green chiles, then hand rubbed with ground dried chiles and other spices for rich, savory flavor.

    Teahive Cheese: Semi-firm cow's milk cheese is hand rubbed with Earl Grey tea, which complements cheese's natural rich, buttery flavor with delicate floral notes.

    Promontory Cheese: Crafted using techniques similar to an Irish cheddar, this semi-firm cow's milk cheese is rich and nutty, featuring special cheese cultures that impart pleasant fruity notes.

    Pour Me A Slice Cheese: Beehive partnered with Basil Hayden's to create an artfully aged cheddar infused with Kentucky's finest aged bourbon whiskey.

    Receiving Instructions

    • Cheese ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.

    Serving Instructions

    • To experience cheese's full flavor, serve at room temperature. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor. Leftover cheese is best re-wrapped in parchment or waxed paper. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.
