RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 packet muffin mix (included)
• 7 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Line 12-well muffin pan with paper liners.
• Pour muffin mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
• In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter and milk. Add to muffin mix while running mixer on low speed.
• Beat just to combine – don't overmix. Whisk out any lumps.
• Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for 20–22 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle of muffin comes out clean. Place on wire rack and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
