Use

• Oven safe to 1470°F.
• Do not use on grill.
• Sensitive to extreme temperature changes; do not place hot stone in cold environment or vice versa.

Care

• Hand-wash with warm water. Do not use soap; pores in stone will absorb it.
• Do not submerge stone in water.
• Routinely scrape off baked-on food residue.
• If stone gets extremely dirty, use medium-grit sandpaper to remove residue.
• Do not leave in oven for self-cleaning cycle.
