Use

• Before use, wash pan with hot, soapy water.
• Oven safe to 400°F.
• Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat; baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
• Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.

Care

• Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads.
• A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles.
