USE

• Oven safe to 480°F.
• Place on standard cookie sheet with smooth side facing up; textured side prevents slipping.
• Do not use with insulated cookie sheet, as this will interfere with heat conduction.
• After baking, allow baked goods to cool before removing; lift mat's corner to dislodge.
• Do not use as cutting surface.

CARE

• Top-rack dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
• Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air.
• Roll for storage; do not fold.
